The day I bought my car, brand new with like 50 miles on it, I remember thinking, okay, maybe this place is going to be great (compared to my last experience at another dealership). Boy was a wrong. First issue, they can’t find the second key to my brand new car. I get told they will mail it to me when they locate it. Then my breaks were squeaking, loudly in reverse. I call to ask how the warranty works because that doesn’t seem right to me with a car having 3,000 miles on it. I get told, I have to pay for the service if they do not find anything wrong. Their discretion, of course as to if it’s a manufacturing issue.
Then when put in a situation that I needed the second key, I realized I never received the key they said they would mail. So I give them a call. Well, since nobody “documented” that they owe me a key, I’m expected to pay for the key part but they will graciously waive the programming fee I’m told. I asked why I am being held responsible for their negligence. So I contact the sales guy because I’m upset at this point. He tells me, we can use your VIP points to cover the costs of the programming. Whatever, it wasn’t money out of my pocket so I agreed and make an appointment.
My daughter sat in there forever when we were told maybe 45 mins. For them to send her out with just the key and said someone would call me because guess what, they do NOT have what they need or the knowledge to program the key!!!! I’m not even sure because nobody
bothered to call me. I call back 12 days later. The person I has to talk to was like oh, let me look. Says oh, yea that want us to do this and this. But I can’t get you in until next week. 12 days and no call. But they had what they needed. Sales guy was fabulous. The rest is appearing to be an absolute nightmare! Go somewhere else!
