I was estimated and hour and a half.
I was estimated and hour and a half. Returned at the hour and a half mark to pick up my car. When I returned the car was also finished and pulled back around to pay and leave. I then waited an additional 40 minutes to check out. Upon checking out y'all had difficulty finding my prepaid services I signed up for so that took additional time to find that in the system and sort out my bill to pay and leave.

Our salesman Ron Stephan and everyone at the dealership we worked with was extremely helpful and courteous. Ron was awesome at bringing cars inside for us to look at since it was raining outside. He was working with us and another customer simultaneously and was doing a great job of dividing his time between the both of us so we were both taken care of.

First time in test drove a Seltos.
First time in test drove a Seltos. Came back a second time, same salesman Lane, met us at the door. I let him know I wasn’t sure the Seltos was big enough. I wanted to test drive the Sportage and a Sorento. During our conversations I let Lane know we would not be purchasing anything that day. I was still making up my mind. Lane left to retrieve keys for us to test drive vehicles. Upon his return he informed me that until I was ready to purchase he didn’t feel the need for me to test drive anything. I had already test drove one vehicle and I didn’t purchase it. So until I was ready to come off my money, he could show me vehicles all day and I wouldn’t love anything until I was ready to purchase. We then asked to speak to Nate (Sales Manager). Which he defended his salesman actions. I left with my jaw dropped. Could not believe what was coming out of their mouths. Will not return to this car lot. Plenty more to choose from.

I was treated with dignity and respect. Being a woman going in alone, I wasn't treated poorly. I bout a new 2026 Kia Seltos and the whole process was easy. The salesman and the gentleman who helped me with financing were wonderful. Answered all my questions. Explained everything about my new Kia and how to work everything. They explained the warranty and everything else I needed to know. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and if I think I ever need another vehicle I will definitely return.

Matthew Cline was our salesperson and he was great! We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manager, Nate Sherman. We chose a Sportage, and chose no extras (extended warranty, etc.) The sales manager, came back to us, after the initial quote, with a discounted rate on the extras- by almost half - and when we still said no, he walked away visibly pissed. This spoiled the entire experience and made us feel as though we were being cheated.
