My review in no way reflects the service and care I received from Dan. He was fantastic and very helpful. I was quoted $640 for my brakes when I went to pick up my car the bill was $811! Big difference, Dan was patient, kind and made the necessary phone calls to correct my bill. The brake work was well done.
As far as the oil change, that was spot on. No complaints there. The service advisor Dan Varga was very friendly and professional. My complaint is on the dealer recommended services of fuel induction for $219.95 and differential/transfer case for $249.95. My car starts well, runs smoothly and the check engine light is not on. Also, in Nov. 2012 Kia issued service bulletin 058 for fuel induction cleaning/ flushing. It stated that this is not a recommended or required maintenance procedure. For the differential/transfer case, they recommend that they be inspected every 37,500 miles or 48 months, and that the oil be changed anytime ... Read More DealerRater - Apr 22, 2026
On a positive note, they worked with my schedule. I had to reschedule my service appointment due to my work schedule. The service took my car at the appointed time. The work that was required by maintenance schedule was completed. They did NOT do any work on my car that was NOT needed. I was updated on the progress of the work. The work completed in a reasonable time. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. I have NOTHING negative to say. So, a POSITIVE experience.
I was estimated and hour and a half. Returned at the hour and a half mark to pick up my car. When I returned the car was also finished and pulled back around to pay and leave. I then waited an additional 40 minutes to check out. Upon checking out y'all had difficulty finding my prepaid services I signed up for so that took additional time to find that in the system and sort out my bill to pay and leave.
Excellent company. The service department is great. Bring your car in and a promise it you’ll have it the next day you have it the next day great service.

We recently purchased a new Kia at Spitzer Mansfield. Our Sales Consultant Ron Stephan is probably the best person we have ever had to work with. He is extremely Kia knowledgeable and very efficient thoughout the entire process. It was actually not a disturbing process. The finance manager meeting which is normally an unpleasant experience was not unpleasant. We were in a hurry and Logan North must be a very efficient person! Great experience working with Parker on my purchase of a Kia GT Turbo Hatchback. I also had a auto dim mirror installed in the service department, which was also professional and quick.
Dropped my vehicle off overnight for warranty work. When I picked it up the next day, the paperwork was messed up. They had the wrong mileage and other vehicle information stapled to mine. There were several red boxes on the inspection also checked that did not make sense for my vehicle
Got my vehicle in quickly for service and kept me updated on the problem, the cost and when completed.

I took time off of work to get your tires and it turns out they double booked and didn’t call me until I was already on my way. This isn’t the first time this has happened and the guy who called me wasn’t very pleasant. To be honest, he was kind of a smart Alec. I sure miss the days when Linda was there. He had excellent service then it’s really went downhill since she’s no longer there.
Everything was done very professionally and everyone was very nice.
Very poor customer service. Waited 3+ weeks to get a warranty approval which resulted in work not being done when originally scheduled. Left several messages with Service Manager and never received a single call back. Left messages with General Manager and again not a single callback. Sad thing is, I'm looking to buy another new one and would like to buy local but this experience soured me on Spitzer Motors.

Desirae n all at the front were great but I told them if they have a call off next time reschedule me.It took me close to 2 hours for a oil change and rotation. Im usually out in less than a hour. My wife just had back surgery n was a really bad time to be gone that long.
